When fine art meets rain barrels, it is the birth of something beautiful. It's the 2009 Rain Barrel Reveal! Throughout the month of April, these 12 rain barrels (lovingly painted by local artists) are on display throughout Springfield. Sneak a peek at the rain barrels at these locations: Battlefield Mall, Panera on Battlefield, Coffee Ethic, Hulston Cancer Center, Bass Pro, Mama Jeans in the Green Circle Shopping Center, Moxie Cinema, St. John's Hospital, Discovery Center, Library Center, Library Station.

 Then, the moment we've waited for... the REVEAL (where all the barrels
are unveiled at once). Rain Barrel Reveal (at Artsfest) takes place May 2-3 Walnut Street. See all the barrels, then come home, log on and bid!  On May 2-10, these barrels will be auctioned via eBay. Watch this site to bid on your favorite barrel, beginning May 2 ending on May 10, 2009
