Proper fertilization of lawns is critical to cleaner water in the Ozarks. Excess fertilizer runs off your yard and into our waterways, creating environmental havoc in our streams.

Over fertilizing does not produce a better lawn. In fact, the excess fertilizer can actually burn your yard.

The JRBP offers a soil test and nutrient management plan for residents of the James River Basin.

Septic tanks require pump-out every 2-3 years. Our "Get Pumped" program has helped to keep 300,000 gallons of effluent from ever reaching our waterways. Now our goal is a million gallons!

The program offers an on-site visit, a list of recommended pumpers, and pays the homeowner $50.00 for participation. If you're in need of a septic tank pump out, or know someone who is, call the JRBP today.

TABLE ROCK LAKE watershed now eligible to participate!!  Contact Table Rock Lake Water Quality Inc.
